Fun Fact – The Jurassic Coast is one of the most important sites for fossils from ‘The Mesozic Era.’ This was the era in which all of the giant reptiles and dinosaurs existed. Although you’d think a T-Rex would be the scariest possible find, an 8-ft long fossil skull of a Pliosaur was found at the coast. This ‘sea monster’ was 52 ft. long and would be able to eat a T-Rex in one mouthful!
